The program consists of four pillars: Leadership, Impact, Empower, and Connect. Together, they guide your development and the future of chemistry in the Netherlands.

Whether you are a college or university student, making choices for your future is not always easy. At NextGen Empower, we help you with your personal and professional development.
- Next Step Master's Day: a national event where you can discover and compare dozens of master's programs. This helps you make an informed choice.
- Training and guidance for board members of study associations. Discover, for example, the DISC model, which gives you insight into your communication style and teaches you how to collaborate more effectively.
