Photo and video material
During events and activities organised by the KNCV and its Division photos and/or video recordings can be produced. These photos and/or videos can be published on www.kncv.nl, other KNCV-websites and/or social media. By visiting an event you agree that photos and/or videos can be produced and published on KNCV-websites and/or social media.
If you have any comments regarding this policy, please contact the programme coordinator (programmacoordinator@kncv.nl) at least one week prior to the start of the event or activity.
Participant Cancellation Policy
Substitutions may be made at any time, by advising the programme coordinator (programmacoordinator@kncv.nl) by written notice of any change of name.
Cancellations should be sent by written notice to the Symposium Secretariat, and cancellation fees will apply as follows:
- Cancellation notice prior to 60 days before the start of the event: full registration fees will be refunded, less €50,00 processing charges. If 40% of the total amount is less than €50,00, this amount will cover the processing charges.
- Cancellation notice between 60 days and 30 days prior to the start of the event: 50% of the registration fees will be refunded.
- Cancellation notice less than 30 days before the start of the event: no cancellation refund can be given.
