Work experience
After completing my HLO Biochemistry degree, I worked for five years as a research technician in plant biotechnology. After a while, I realized that my ambition lay in the life sciences, but not in the laboratory, so I took various marketing courses and started working as a Technical Service Representative for a large supplier specializing in products for life science research and diagnostics. I then made the move to recruitment, where I have been working since 2000. In the early years, I focused mainly on recruiting laboratory staff, and in recent years I have shifted my focus more towards technology.
