In the year 2000 Sven Hemmink graduated at Leiden University with a master degree in Chemistry (Environmental / Physical Organic Chemistry). After a period working as an analytical research employee at Leiden University and a short period of business development for his own enterprise, he became employed by CheckMark as a professional recruiter and sales engineer. CheckMark Labrecruitment is a specialized recruitment and secondment organisation that supplies high-quality personnel in and around the laboratory to mayor Chemical and Life Sciences companies. After 5 years Sven became managing director of CheckMark.
