a) Matthias Bickelhaupt (VU) will step down as chair and will resign from the board after completing two terms.

b) We propose the following new composition: 1) Claudia Filippi (TU Twente) as new board member; 2) Shirin Faraji (U Groningen; at present secretary of the board) as the new chair of the board; and 3) Ivo Filot (TU Eindhoven; at present member of the board) as the new secretary of the board.
