The Royal Netherlands Chemical Society is important for everyone active in the field of chemistry, life sciences, process technology and (bio) molecular sciences. KNCV offers an inspiring, scientific and social network. Approximately 8,500 members have already discovered the value of this network. The digital member book or the relationship database will put you directly in touch with other members or experts from the Netherlands. You can also share and enrich your knowledge in one (or more) of the 17 sections ranging from Forensics and Analytical Chemistry to Medicinal Chemistry, Macromolecules and primary and higher education in Chemistry. Being a member of the KNCV you will be kept informed on developments in your profession, you can further grow your expertise and career coaches can support you in finding a job or making a career move.
The KNCV supports the updating of education in chemistry in line with the requirements of the labor market and the valorization of knowledge. The KNCV also provides a discussion platform on societal issues related to chemistry and pro-actively addresses issues where chemistry could bring the solution.
