Previous editions have proven that this symposium is an ideal opportunity for young researchers from different universities and colleges to present their own work through an oral or poster presentation. Within the program, a plenary session is reserved for the Incentive Awards 2011. The program is build up in such a way that a broad audience can enjoy the presented scientific work and that as much as possible young researchers can participate actively.
Plenary lectures given by international keynote speakers are alternated with 8 different parallel sessions:
- Analytical Chemistry
- Biochemistry and Medicinal Chemistry
- Environmental Chemistry
- Inorganic Chemistry
- Materials Chemistry
- Organic Chemistry
- Physical and Theoretical Chemistry
- Polymer Chemistry
Two time blocks are reserved for poster sessions which are also grouped by the different fields of interest. KaféCV, where the young chemists can informally make acquaintance with chemists from the industry, will be incorporated in the program. As usual, the best oral and poster presentation of each session will be awarded prizes by a professional jury.
Registration is possible via a registration form on the website starting from November 15, 2011.
Important deadlines:
- Early booking discount: December 15, 2011
- Abstract submission: January 6, 2012
- Passive participation: February 10, 2012
The number of participants for oral presentations is limited and participants are selected by abstract submission date. The number of participants for the poster sessions is unlimited.
